Live animal shipping
All Animals shipped are feeding and appear to be in good health.
We do not guarantee that all (WC)animals are parasite free (internal) as we do
not check everyone. We always recommend that you take all animals whether
wild caught or captive bred to a veterinarian.All animals shipped are feeding
great and exhibit no signs of illness. Animals that are WC (wild caught) may have
minor flaws and is considered normal to have a scratch, or broken toe nail and
not a reason for a refund or credit.
All animals shipped come with a live arrival guarantee as long as any problems
that may occur are reported within 4 hours upon receipt of the animal. In order
for the guarantee to be valid someone must be present to sign for the package
on the first delivery.
In the unlikely case of an DOA the purchaser may be asked to ship the animal
back. A photo is to be emailed within 4 hours of receipt for guarantee to remain
valid.
We are not responsible for animals delayed due to carrier delays or mishandling.
Live arrival guarantee is void if temperatures are lower than 40 degrees or higher
than 90 degrees. Please contact us prior to shipping so arrangements can be
made.
